Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that I was working as an employee of AVON Beauty Products India Pvt. Limited, Gurgaon from 1st July to 31st March at its Guwahati & Jorhat branches in Assam. I left the company in March at the time of my marriage and relocation to Kolkata.
I had forwarded necessary forms (form-10C & form-19) for PF refund through M/s AVON in the month of July but till now I have not got any response or refund from the Provident fund office Delhi.
I therefore request you to help me by informing status of my refund application. An early response from your end would be highly appriciated.
