Pre Order Query [ Ticket Number: SHOP-370944 ]
This is to inform you that after browsing through Indiatimes shopping portal I ordered a Hyderabadi pearl combo set order no 112335433 in which it was promised that I would get 1GB shuffle MP3 player free. But on receiving the order I was not delivered the MP3 player. When enquired upon the reply I received was as follows:

With reference to your mail dated 10.05.10 for order no 112335433, we regret to inform you that we can not process your request because Gift (1GB Shuffle MP3 player) is not available with the product. Sorry we do not able to deliver free gift.
