I went for counseling with Inshape Health& Fitnez for weight loss package with flexible timings because I shuttle often between US and India and I took membership of In shape Health& Fitnez by paying 24000 /-, I was clearly told by their marketing / front office people that I could put my membership time on hold whenever I am out of country and I can continue to extend my membership when I return. I was unable to make it to gym because of my father had an heart attack 3 times and I had to be with my father in hospital for a long time since he was in intensive care and he passed away recently. I approached In shape Health& Fitnez afterwards to extend my membership. No proper response for 15 days from the center manager and I reached out their management but no luck. I got reply from their management that my membership is getting over and they can't extend.
They cheated me by giving false hope that my membership can be extended for such situations but they did not honor their promise. There is no humanity from their management and I wasted 24000 /- paying to In shape Health& Fitnez for weight loss package because I did not utilize anything since I joined them.
