We had purchased a few jewelery items from Bheema jewelers for a wedding, only to find out later that all the items were fraudulent. The gold bracelet was completely brittle and broke off, the ruby ear rings broke off and was not wearable at all. When approached, they agreed it was their mistake but completely failed to give service. More shocking was their attitude to say that they would charge us a huge amount extra for repairs. People should not be lured by big names and be careful.
