I am Rishabh Choraria, I had availed *THE DISCOUNT COUPON - for free
haircut*, featured in the "Telegraph's T2 "at your franchise outlet *"Habib
expresso" at 14 Watkins Lane, Howrah, Kolkata.*
Your staff treated me very badly, *passing ill remarks* about the discount
coupon availers, and not even providing proper haircut, they paid no heed
to my haircut request, as if the haircut had been a mercy on me. Even a
local hair salon provides a better service than your people provided, It
would have been better if your company had not given any advertisement, just
for the sake of ill treating and disrespecting the customer, I am not at the
mercy of your Rs.99 coupon.
Sir I am very sorry to say, but your promotional offer will bring bad repute
instead of doing any good to your brand name. This kind of service is not
expected from Javed Habib.
this was the email sent by me to jawed habib, they promised me to tackle the complaint at earliest, but a month has passed and the company people are in no mood to answer for such treatment
