I have purchased your total hair solution product. There was an offer

with it that Shampoo and conditioner free refill will be provided for

1year and for that coupon will be given but till date I have not

received any free refill coupon in spite of talking to your manager Mr

Mayank Sharma.

This is very ashame on Mr JAWAD HABIB part for doing such kind of

wrongful doing which was not accepted from such a renowned

personalitiy.

Kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful at earliest
