Dear sir at time of purchase of the above mention product they had not given any information regarding any hidden cost for Refill i.e. Rs.149/- and only 4 refill in
one year. But as per T.V advertisement hey were showing that there will be no extra cost for refill and unlimited refill for one
year.
one more thing after complaining to the manager Mayank Sharma he
promised me to give 6 (six) refill and and he told me you dont have to pay
any amount.
If I would have been told from your end that limited refill and Rs
149/- I have to pay per refill I would have not purchased your
product
But later Mr Arif, their another manager had sent me two refill totaly at free of cost as per the promise but as i request for my third refill on 22nd november they are not sending me my free refill and again asking the charge for that.
Mr Arif also promised me as and when my shampoo at and conditioner get finished to write him and he will do the needful at earliest.
But still there is no response from their end.
This kind of wrong doing and not sticking to their commitment is not fair from there side and we consumer has to suffer.
So kindly confirm what I have to do now.
Pls look into this matter seriously and do the needful at earliest
