Hi,

I bought the voucher for Gold Facial, Ayurvedic Whitening Facial, Body Massage etc.by deals and you and the vendor is

Uppala s Unisex Hyderabad Outlet 1: Plot no.11, A.S.Raonagar, Radhika Theatre back side, Above Medplus, 1st floor, Ecil, Secunderabad

but when I called for appointment, they told me that do not have this kind of an offer.

Later I have raised the compliant against the order no. 274779 on Nov 15th. I have called the customer support 12 times till now. But every time they told that it will resolve after 3 business days but till now it does not resolved.

This is highly unacceptable. So this is cheating on your part on failure to deliver service. Although the amount of Rs 499 is not too small but what is not right and i will stand for justice. I am harassed and denied service here and this is not good after being a customer with you.

Please Deals and You being a reputed company stand for your reputation and provide me some good resolution as soon as you can.
