I, Mangala Ranshinge purchased Power Swing Massager from King Teleshopping pvt ltd Indore. I ordered the machine on 23/04 and the same was delivered to me on 25/04 by their agency in Nagpur. The machine worked for 2 days and then stopped working from 3rd day onward. When complained to the agency, they did not bother to even listen to the complaint or to even come and take a look at the machine but straight away discarded the complaint by saying the machine will not be repaired or replaced by the company. When called the company call center, one Lalit and Deepak who adamantly refused to take down the complaint and said the machine will not be repaired or replaced by the company.
