I brought this product after seeing an advertisment on the newspaper. It claimed one would lose about 6 to 8 kgs after using a 200 gms pack within a month or so. I was still thinking if not 8 kgs I would atleast lose 5kgs. First of all the granules are extremely difficult to swallow. But inspite of having it twice a day for a month. I am yet to see any results. I have not even lost a single kg. N mind you have a healthy lulifestyle and moderate eating habits. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this product. Its useleSs and a total waste of money!
