I was a regular customer of Lakme Salon at Hiranandani Estate Thane. Right from it was inaugurated I was visiting the salon and also during that time only i shifted to thane.

Everything was going perfect..but suddenly the staff started changing out there and also the customer service... a few days back when i went to the salon only for threading i was told you have to wait for 15 - 20 mins (yes i went without appointment) so i said fine... suddenly another person came and told ma'am its very busy..the girl is busy doing facial so she can't attend you... i was fine i told book me for saturday evening... when i reached despite of taking appointment i was not attended and the attitude was worst also i was told our system is not reflecting your appointment we cannot take you... but still as a loyal customer i booked appointment for sunday afternoon but i couldnt go so i cancelled... Monday the stylist had weekly off... so i booked for tuesday evening 6:30... suddenly in afternoon i gotta call form salon that the stylist is not well your appointment needs to be cancelled or postponed... I want an answer that why the hell am i suppose to wait for a dirt small service...???

rather earlier..before the staff changed the scenario was completely different... even if i went without appointment and i had to wait... staff used to keep me engaged in something or else..showing bridal packages... new services... make up photographs (no matter if it was of any use to me or not..) but in a span of 15-20 mins it used to be... they didnt wanted to loose a customer... and now NO MATTER CUSTOMER GOES BUT WE ARE NOT FREE WE WILL NOT DO ANY SERVICE...

I was really shocked with this kind of unprofessional approach...

ANother incident just 15 - 20 days before this incident... i went for threading and my eyebrows were completly ruined...

The service at Hiranandani Estate Thane salon is now going down and now they are not interested even in customer satisfaction... leave apart customer delight...

Lakme should properly train their staff in how to retain a cutomer and not let them go...

From staff i got a concerned person's mobile no. to talk about the poor service... but even after 1st incident was reported to him the 2nd happened...

and the person told that his front desk will give me a call for sorting the matter out, ...but till date i didn't received any call... i think the person himself is like that so as the staff... hahahaha... lakme salon big name...

I am not going to visit lakme salon as they are high grade of unprofessional bunch of people and not interested in customer satisfaction...

as such one customer loss is not going to matter lakme... they are having many... and will not even care about one customer lost...
