The bouce salon in hiranandani estate thane is cheating .when not asked for a service they perform it and charge for it .after that once paid they will not be polite or considerate... is this customer sercvice? would advise no one to visit that place... they r only there to make exra money... mayb because they dont have enough customers... being rude to a customer is the last thing you can do to irritate a customer ..mayb people in india need to be trained in customer service.
