I sprinkled it on my salad for lunch, and within an hour, my heart rate went up significantly, I felt tightness in my chest, and several hours later I got a headache. In addition, I noticed a change in my mood, from being in a good mood to feeling flat and somewhat anxious. It was not a pleasant experience and I intend to return the product for a refund.
