Down grade purity

I purchased jewellery from local goldsmith about 2 yrs ago.now i feel & other jewellers also told that it is down quality. from where i purchased that goldsmith says its return gurantee 85%.i have now tested it from tanishq showroom, they say some jewellery is 20 carat & some is 18 carat.now what will i do
