Parcel not received

We have booked a parcel to NY through Speed Post, Vadapalani, Chennai, vide receipt. No. ET016552783IN on 8th Nov'10.

On tracking from that date it shows as origon preparing shipment and sceduled departure is 5.30 pm on 8th Nov'10.

No message after that., and my family at NY has not yet received the parcel.

As this is a birth day gift to grand chid, this may be looked in to immediately and inform me.
