I purchased a gold ring from Agarwal jewellers boothnath on 20/1 which was 3 gms of weight paid in cash Rs6300 on the same day. The ring was needed to be enlarged as it was tight for my finger, as suggested by the sales girl at the counter that they will add .200gms of gold in it and enlarge it within 2 days. On the day of delivery 28th of jan they delivered the ring without enlarging it and without adding gold to it but charged us for both Rs6800 and gave us a receipt after charging Rs70 extra (Rs6870) when we asked for it. So I have a concern about getting cheated and not getting a genuine product.please take the required action against them.
