One of my close friends joined Personal Point - Cuttack branch on 24th Jan and had to leave Cuttack by 7thFeb to join a sudden job-call on 9th Feb.
- She had attended just what they at Personal Point term as Session Zero and her first session.
- Even though she had attended just one session, she had to forego the entire amount of Rs 11000 she had paid for around 15 sessions. They outright declined to refund any amount even though she requested refund of atleast half the amount.
- Only for one session, she paid Rs 11000.They just informed she could use their services within a year if she was in Cuttack which was certainly a unusable proposition. They even declined transfer of the service to Pune where she was supposed to join.
- She developed a lot of medical complicacies within a month a stopping the weight-loss programme due to very unclean and unhygienic maintainence of washroom and had to spend another whooping amount in getting treated.
She is yet to recover completely which is my main reason in writing this review.
