Two charges not authorized

I only authorized Holsted Jewelers to withdraw two payments of $6.99 each for two rings. They have since taken two more payments which has left my account in the negative. I want them to refund the unauthorized payments 2@ 6.99 each and refund the over draft fee to my account.
