How can the Govt provide License to a Company which does not even agree to admit the Mal manufacture of its product??? Above, this responsibility increases when the product is food or beverage, THAT MEANS, risking / playing with lifes

HOW COME ……???

No Company has such a right to play with the TRUST of its customers ……..

Not only this, when complaints are discussed with the local Indore (M.P) employees of the company (Mr Vikas Parihar (ASM - Indore ) – 9630097074, Rajendra Dhakad (Sales Exe ) – 9713409015 and Sanjeev Chachondiya (Quality executive ) – 9630037024), they just move with such casual approach …….. IT HAPPENS …..!!! EVERY WEEK WE HAVE SUCH COMPLAIN IN MP ….!!!

HOW COME …….???

Actual Fact, I Bought a Caret of Drinks (24 bottles of 200 ml) from M/S Satnam Everfresh – KHATIWALA TANK INDORE we consumed 5 bottles, and my daughter suffered with food poisoning. We just got her treatment to be done for a week. Then, just by chance, we saw one of the bottles with FUNGUS (VIDEO ATTACH), so we checked the mfg dt but it was the production of 03 / 06 / then we checked all the bottles of the carret, 2 bottles were containing FUNGUS inside – FANTA and COKE we crosschecked with our Doctor, he confirmed the Fungal infection as the cause of Poisoning.

Finally, we complained the Retailer M/S Satnam Everfresh of our purchase, he said he will call company people and we shall talk … but after unworthy 15 days, I called Mr Vikas Parihar (ASM - Indore ) – 9630097074 and discussed the matter …. Mr Vikas Ban the phone and than I again called him, he sent 2 of his executives after 3 days ((Rajendra Dhakad (Sales Exe ) – 9713409015 and Sanjeev Chachondiya (Quality executive ) – 9630037024)), for whom it was not at all the matter of Issue … The casual approach was “ WAV “ ….!!! IT HAPPENS …..

• So what if your daughter had food poisoning ……..

• These complaints are common in Indore and M.P ……..

• You wont be able to prove anything,

Better Forget it ….!!!

After that visit of both executive 5-6 days back I am daily calling them and there are not replying to my phone calls

Is this the VALUE of the consumer for your product, Company …..???

Pls advice who is responsible for such happenings when the employees clearly says “ IT HAPPENS, not a big Issue …… and Banning my Phone calls “” and also clear me many people might be taking this FUNGUS BOTTLES on Daily Basis

Just, advice me, who will bear the Loss of 60 – 70 thousand Rs

• When my daughter was under treatment of food poisoning

• When I was on leave from my job during her treatment

• When I spend amount of money on making follow ups of these company and retailers

Also Govt must support for FUNGUS Things to be stopped sold in MP and also employee must be punished if they says IT HAPPEN and U DO IT WHAT U WANT TO

Sir I will wait for ur earlier reply or will proceed for finally legal with Media if I will not get a solution of my money loss and employee rudeness and that too a senior and quality GUY OF A COMPANY
