Service not done for the complaint raised watch bought 7 months back

Dear Sir,

I bought the Titan Octane Watch model no : 9390KM01 on the month of May.

After that one of the needle fell down. I given that watch for the Service to fix it up in chennai - Velacherry titan show room on 1st December.

My Service Bill No 6319.

I recieved the watch in worse condition that

1. Clock Button is not working.

2. After click on the reset button the needle is not working as expected

3. I recived the watch with lot of scratches.

4. I given the watch as new one and now i received as quite old.

5. They take 25 days for service but the service is not prope
