I had purchased a lip balm (lotus herbals) at angels (cosmetics and novelties). after coming to my house, i found that it was defective.when i informed about the defect to manager he was reluctant to replace it.moreover he handled the product in a very

unhygienic way (he touched the lip balm gel with his left hand and manually corrected the defect) and asked to adjust with it.when asked for a new one he answered in a rude way to us.irresponsible mangers like this should be punsished.
