We have apply for a loan from INDIA BULLS. in the name of ARIHANT TRADERS, they have demand too many papers and we submitted all various time, after that they issued a sanction letter and sign some documents for the disbursement along with some further cheques.
we have sign all the document and issue the cheque for disbursement charges 90, 000 Rs., that amount was 50% of total charges, that company staff told us 50% advance and balance will be after disbursement, we pay. after that they demands again and again same documents, that's why we refuse their sanction letter and said we don't require that loan so close our file and refund my money.
We are not demanding file charges that was 5515/ but we are demanding disbursement charges 90, 000, because when we do not avail the loan facility by that company why we pay that charges, so please help us for refund that money.
