I have never seen such a false promising staff and courier service in world. They not only delay in delivering the article but also give false information regarding delivery when contacted to them on phone, futher to that it will much costiler as you have to bear at least 20-25 phone call bills to track your article and then also you are far away to track it.
I had a article booked by some organisation for me (Airway bill no. 20093409291) on 08 Feb 12 from Mumbai to my location in Pune and till 16 Feb they are not able to track it and not picking up calls too.
I will suggest to black list such compnay in indian courier service.
