Few days back, I was trying pay my credit card bill online. The transaction was not successful but the amount of the bill was deducted form my account. I called up the customer service people. They kept on transferring my call from one department to another. Every department said it is the work of the other department. But finally my complaint was registered. The customer service people assured me that the said amount will be refunded to my account within 2 working days. After 2 days, I again checked my balance, it was still the same. I again called up the customer service people, they told me to wait for 1 more day. After one day, I checked my account but the amount was not yet credited. This really got on my nerves. I again called them up and this time the person to whom I was talking to said that the previous two gave me a false information regarding refund of money and that the complaint will be considered after 2 working days...

Will it possible to report this issue to the higher officials??
