Dear Sir,
I, as a Director of Minerva Technical Solutions (P) Ltd would like to register a compliant on Aryans Communication Link, Gurgaon and Reliance RWW for cheating me on BPO Operations. Primary Cheater is Aryans Communication Link owned by Mr Deeepak Kappor who is also Director of iORB GOA & GURGAON and associated with Reliance web world and the secondary cheater is on Reliance as Aryans have mutual agreement with Reliance to hire their Infrastructure. (We are not supposed to own or hire infrastructure from anyone else)
Detailed letter has been drafted and attached in this mail.
I would like to sue them for Rs. 50 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) for the losses I had due to them, mental torture I had from Agents, Cab Drivers, Vendors for not paying their salaries, transport and monthly payments respectively, became bankrupt due to them, lost my property due to them, lost my good job in Gulf etc.
I would request you to kindly get us back the amount which I had to get.
