High security transaction password

Hello,

Myself Shashank Panchbhai, Residential of Nagpur had an account in State bank of maharashtra. I had been using the online banking facility from SBI...

The problem is when i do online mobile recharge from www.easymobilerecharge.com., It ask the high security transaction password recieved on my mobile. whereas i didnt recieved any password from bank on my mobile...

So plz help me for the solution for this particular...
