Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, I was taken credit card as life time free from your bank and I was not used that credit card since 04-05, but your bank has charged annual fees of Rs. 750 on dated 05-03, I was called your toll free nos many time but there is not any response received from your side, again I was called your telephone no. 0224917777 on dated 15/05 which was attend your staff Miss Savitri, again I was called on dated 18/05 which call received by your staff Ms. Rekha, she told me my account are nil on that date and nill statement will sent to me. But I was not received nill statement till now and not any call received from your side.

Now I am surprised when had seen of website Cibel which I am defaulter of that website by your bank and your outstanding amount due with me. Rs. 17445/-

So I hereby request you kindly see my record at your side, and I hereby request you kindly send me NOC letter to me at earliest.
