Axis bank ltd
Wrongly Amount deducted against the failed transaction

Dear Sir

on 25th of sep09 at the time of buying the movie ticket online from Cinemax, in the screen showed the transaction failed but for the same amount deducted of Rs.320/-

& after giving the repeated E mail, Bank had reverted with the Solution as they cant give the money back

Unable to attach the file & if I can get a mail I d then i will be able to send the failed tansacted file.

The merchant acquiring bank has successfully claimed the transaction. Since these are done in secured environment with ECI indicator 5 there are no dispute rights. Hence no dispute and charge back can be raised and cardholder is liable to pay the charges.
