Money not recd from ATM but debited from my account

I have withdrawn money Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand only) from my Union Bank Of India Saving A/c No. 548502010002720 on 8/03 at 19:40 from ICICI ATM at sonarpur, south 24 pgs...

ATM ID -S! CW5265

Again I tried the same from ICICI ATM, and had withdrawn Rs. 5000/-...

TRANSACTION ID-8063.

RESPONSE CODE-000..

Kindly refund the money as money has been debited from my account.
