How to regenerate new pin code . after the date of expiry

Me sampath had been applied for atm card .and it was delievered to my address. but i could not go to our bank having my sbi account to get the pin code within 45 days. so now the card has been lapsed. so how to regenerate the pin code of my atm card. piease give me solutions
