ATM CASH NOT DISPENSED
ATM CASH NOT DISPENSED BUT A/C DEBITED

My name is AGNEL PRAKASH.I tried to withdraw money using my Corporation Bank Saving Account Debit Card issued by Mysore Rd Br Bangalore from ICICI ATM, MUDHUR CHOWK, VIJAYAWADA on 03/10 for Rs 10000/-.But that transaction got failed and I didn’t receive money. But that amount got deducted from my account in Corporation Bank Account. I approched the corporation bank in vijayawada who instructed me to give complaint to Corporation Bank where I am Having account. Then I followed the procedure and I have lodged my complaint. Still I neither got any response nor money back to my account.

I am struggling regarding this issue with Corporation Bank customer care.
