Dear Punjab National Bank.

I m your loyal customer since couple of years recently on 13.07.12, i went to withdraw some cash through PNB ATM at Badapur Border (South Delhi) at around 10.30am there was some problem in the machine, when i swap the ATM card in to the machine first time machine was showing only banking and keypad was not working after that i cancelled that transaction and then again i swap that card this time after banking, enter pin was on the screen and after that keypad was not working. i didn't enter any number or any kind of details in the PNB ATM. After that i went to the AXIX bank ATM and withdraw 5000Rs. After some time i received one SMS confirming transaction for the withdrawal of Rs 6000/- after my 5000Rs withdrawalSMS but no ATM Code was in the SMS.

After that i contacted PNB customer service but he give me my compliant number (58107707) on Saturday (14.07.12) when i again contacted PNB Customer service and asked about my compliant then they told that my compliant was not registered and also tols that i have to call again on Monday as they didn't give any information on Saturday and Sunday. After that on Monday (16.07.12) i again contacted PNB customer service then they registered my compliant with new complaint no (58125553). They told me that you will give get the reimbursement after 7days.

But on Friday 19.07.12 i received another SMS confirming that the transaction was successful. Then i again contacted customer service they told me that they didn't have any information about that SMS and told me that they need some time. After that on Monday (23.07.12) i again contacted PNB customer service they told that my compliant is rejected then they give me one number (01143532211) and asked me to talk and explain your grievance on this number, when i contacted on this number the person told me to contact the PNB branch where is my Saving account.

I went to the PNB Branch Ballabgarh they told me that they cannot do anything about this as they have nothing to do with the ATM related grievance and asked me to contact ATM Cell.

I am in complete shock as after so much of mental and physical fatigue i was empty handed. Please so the needful in this regard at the earliest.
