My complaint is have been to the bank on 18/07/212 regarding the issue with the bank as the card is been damaged on this and when i have give the written complaint on this with the complaint that refernce no 2012071413476798 the customer care officer said that we need the pan no after calling to the home and i collected the pan no and given that customer care officer says that please bring the pan card i cannot go for 30kms from banshankari to rt nagar i cannot travel and whiel opening the account from the company has given the surity on this and taken the driving licence and why is the non sence think happing with the bank on this branch code is 7982 RT NAgar branch and the manger also says that same thing my concern is why is that with out pan card why are you providing the bank accounts to the corporate region for the account with out pan card

my account no is 20088294839 i have been banking with the sbi from past 15 months what does it mean on this
