Atm transaction problem
Amount not refunded

I am using sbm atm card. on 5-10 I witdrawed sum of rupees 2000 in hdfc atm using my sbm atm card. but i could not receive the amount but it i showed that theamount has been transacted. but i didnt get my amount. i have already lodged complaint in both the banks but i have not received any response.please do consider this and help me out. my account number is 64005564273.sbm account.
