Dear Sir,

My name is Malini Mohan, residing at No. 16 (6) Kannilal Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004. Today morning I tried to withdraw cash from State Bank of India & State Bank of Mysore ATM's in Mylapore, Chennai. It kept saying unable to process but when I took balance statement to my shock I found that my account is debited. When contacting my bank State Bank of Mysore, Santhome Branch the response was very bad. I had a balance of Rs. 50, 000 and now it shows balance of Rs. 15, 000. From 7 a.m. in the morning till 10.30 a.m. the agony I underwent to trace the amount I want to be compensated. Moreoever no one is telling my when this amount will be recredited to my account. I also called State Bank of Mysore helpline at 8.45 a.m. the response was very bad. I want to be compensated for the mental agony and I needed this amount urgently but it is locked due to some software problem and I do not know whether I will get back the amount. Please help me out.
