With HDFC Credit card Statement if found catalog of AVA MERCHANDISING, I found it trustworthy enough to order for Blackberry mobile phone Product Code H128 with six month EMI . The product was to delivered with in 21 days and the order was placed on 24/02 . The AVA MERCHANDISING CO. had received the full payment of RS12990.00 on the same day that is 24/02 and the amount Rs 2165 as first E.M.I. was also debited from my account. And now without receiving the product Iam made liable to pay E.M.I. This is a breach of agreement on behalf of the company as they took the money for the thing they have not delivered, I contacted the company on 16/03 for complaining the same. They assured me to call within 24 hours but to no avail they didn’t call, didn’t give response to my persistent calling. This is an unnecessary harassment and if HDFC BANK is having tie up with such a fraud company and your customer have to go through such things then HDFC integrity and credibility is becoming questionable and if no action is taken on such a company it would free to such fraud with other customer as well. If your customer have to go through such ordeal I think it is time to look for other options in Banks if no timely action is taken and my money is not refunded urgently.
