1- In this policy there is a mismatch in my signatures on illustration and application form and forgery has been done with me by company representative of AVIVA life insurance company ltd.

2- All policy features like the premium paying term, returns was not explained properly.

I have followed up with Aviva form the month of oct, and they have not responded properly
