Non Reciept of FDR Certificates

Myself S.A Paul PGT Physics K.V No. 2 AFS Chakeri kanpur had applied for FD for Rs. 1 lakh (50 thousand each), in above Bank on 31st May

outof my SB account. The money was withdrawn on same date and FD's were made and dispatched at my address but till date no certificates are recieved. Bank says that the certificates have been dispatched but no certificate is recieved.

Kindly take neccessary action at the earliest and do the needful.
