Hi,
I am Sushant R Gaikwad having a Home loan with Axix bank from last September. From the day 1 till today, I did not recive the Required Loan Agreement/Customer Copy from the bank.
When I raised this issue with the bank (I called the bank at 020 - 41081235) and they asked me to send an email on their ID called "Customercare. [email protected]" and I will get it in 10 working days (I was so happy with his answer n reply). I did the same. The date was 29th December.
Then the D day come and again called the bank about the status and they told me to send an another email with the status. And I recieved the immediate reply as follows, "We have forwarded the request to concerned department for your 'Loan Agreement Customer Copy'. The document will be dispatched to you from our CPU." The date was 9th Jan. (It was hurry from my side)
Now today is 27th Jan I havn't recieved any document neither email about the status or not even reply by phone or something.
If I did not give the any of the monthly installement to the bank, they will run behind me like anything.
Then why don't they provide the same service when ball is on their court.
Really pathetic experience with AXIX BANK. Please help me on the same.
