Complain agst. Courie

Dear Sir / Madam

We (M/s. Bacardi India Pvt. Ltd.) sent our Courier from A - 13/9, Site - III, Meerut Road, Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (U.P.) to our emplyee Mr. Dushyendra Singh Agra vide Docket No. 476230020 dt. : 28.07.2011 . But that courier has not delivered till date. We contacted to Courier co. FEDEX but they did not take any type of responsibility and they said that the courier will be delivered in 2 or 3 days. But the courier has not delivered.
