I had taken an online policy for my car. The payments were made by me through credit card accepted by the insurance co. vide receipt no. 9906-00028555 dated 24-9. Consequently after regular reminders I could receive the soft copy of the policy no. OG-11-9906-1818-00001359 on 1-10, which had certain anamolies. The complaint was made by eMail on 2-10 and a verbal dicussion over phone with Ms. Pooja Gupta, who assured to correct the anamolies and send the revised policy soon. It is now over one week and I have not received the fresh policy causing inconvenience to me as I am not able to use my car without proper papers. Repeated complaints are of no effect. The insurance co. is not even bothered to reply to my mails.
