Respected Sir,

I Shailesh R Patel, I am citizen of india and staining in bharuch and i am doing a business of tranportation and i am having 5 trucks for transporatation, I Purchased new truck on the date of 30/11 model number TATA 1613 that insurance i had taken from bajaj allainz general insurance co. ltd. and my policy number is OG-10-2201-1811-00000259, On the date of 10/07 my turck accident and i did informed to bajaj allianz general insurance co. ltd. in claim department and my calim number is OC-10-2201-1811-00000018, then after bajaj team surveiour surveyed at spport and informed me that you can put your truck for repaired at tata showroom, recentally in showroom my truck is ready but bajaj allainz general insurance co. told me that your policy is not match as per our criateria and you must have to purchase new policy from us so how it is possible that when i was purchsed that policy that time company representative not told me when calim time this type issue they given to me.
