I took 0% finance by Bajaj Allianz Finance Limited for purchasing a LCD TV including this loan I have been offered a Bajaj Allianz Group Suraksha Scheme to protect my loan & life from Sales Corner, OP Road, Vadodara, Gujarat.

In which Insurance for a sum of Rs 2, 00, 000/- covered for 2 years with a premium of Rs 1223/-

EMI of has been started debited from my saving A/c from Sep'09 but still date I have not received any requisites document from BAFL/BALIC.

I spoke to people Local officials at Vadodara, Gujarat HO and also customer care team on toll free numbers so many times but I am not getting proper response from any one regarding my policy document or Policy Number for which I am paying money per month.
