I HAVE LOST ME DEBIT CARD NO. 5126*********************4348 OF SB A/C. NO. 2325001100000026, OF PNB BANK, KHAILAR BRANCH, JHANSI, UP -- ON 2ND DECEMBER IN MORNING AROUND 8 AM.

SINCE THEN I AM TRYING TO CALL ON CUSTOMER SERVICE NO. 0124 - 2340000 BUT GETTTING NO RESPONSE.LAST I CALLEDE AT 1.15 PM WHERE THEY PUT ON HOLD FOR 45 MIN. AND THEN THE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED.

IS THIS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE GIVEN BY PNB.

HOPE THE COMPLAIN WILL BE ADDRESSSED.
