Refund on DOUBLE POLICY amount on my SWIFT CAR REGN NO MH-13-AC-572 NOT RECIEVED, despite COMPLAINT REGD vide IRDA No : 562/UII/COMP/10-11 and Ombudsman Mumbai letter Ref No Omb/Mum/GI/Misc/1275/10-11 dt 18 Jan forwarded to Ms Shilpa Prasad, Asst manager Claims, Bajaj Allainz, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 25 along with my complaint copy.

Repeated mails to Bajaj Allainz has illicited no response.
