Delay In PF Withdrawl

Dear Sir/ MAM

As i have been sent my complete form for Provident Fund to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.by June, it is processed and received at PF office pune, as i confirmed it by telephonic discussion, they told me that it will credit in my bank account by 45 days, now it's been more than 45 days, no received my pf and i m calling for f-up in pf office continuously, but no body is picking - up my call,

pls do some solution regarding this
