Transfer of car insurance policy

I have a mail to the above company and its customer care has given track no.4026300 and to esclate the matter if the reply is not satisfactory to sandeepniar at his mail id. I again sent the mail to customer care and sandeepnair but his mail id is not receiving any mails. My grievances are:-

i. car of my wife Mrs. Shashi Jindal is insured from 31.01.10 vide policy No. OG-10-1003-1801-00034381. She has expired and I have sent the mail which is given above track no. to know the precedure for transfer the policy and in reply it has been obtained to obtain the signatures of previous owner for transfer of policy, which is impossible. before renewal of this policy the name of bank who has financed this car was mentioned in previous policy and now it is not mentioned acting in a negligent way. Please help me to sort out these issues.
