I shailesh Ratilal Patel, I am giving second time this compalin to you that, I am having policy of my new truck and that i have taken through bajaj allainz general insurance co. ltd. on the date of 04/12 and my policy number is OG-10-2201-1811-00000259 and my truck number is GJ16-X-8747, on the date of 10/07 accident occure of my truck, I put my truck at spport and informed in bajaj allainz general insurance co. and after this complain company surveyour came for spportsurvey and he informed me that now you can put your truck for reperation, i put my truck for reperation in Tata Showroom Ankleshwar, company surveyour done second time survey in showroom and he saws all demage part and he told me that what ever parts of insurance issue in policy that you can get. now final survey had been competed and bill is also ready and my truck is also ready then company told me that your policy is not match as per our crietria and now you will purchase new policy. If I am having already policy so why should i have to puchase new policy and paid extra premium amount? company told me that when you purchase this policy then you will get claim amount, i thought company is doing fraud with me and misguided me.i did complain in bajaj customer care twise yesterday and the day before yesterday and my compain number is 7461737, 7483810 no one reply me.
So, its my request to you that kindly do the needful in this matter and revart me as soon as earlier.
