NOT RECEIVED THE POLICY DOCUMENT

I Mr R. S Yadav would like to bring into notice that i had a person named SUNIL GURAV with contact no-9870847090 at my residence and taken a check of Rs 6407 for the renewal of my car policy with policy no-OG-11-1901-1801-00041360 and Ref No-9654463 on 5th Feb. Its now 22/2 and my policy had already expired. Kindly do the need ful at the earliest as i cant take my vehicle and facing a lot of problems.
