Lower premium allocation for ULIP

I have invested Rs.50, 000 each (anual premium) in 2 policies of ULIP product - Unit Gain Plus Gold on 16th January. Policy numbers 0082437477 & 0082437717.

As per the wordings of the policy (copy attached) the premium allocation rate is 76% for first year, 94% for second year and it shall be 98% for all subsequent years. Recently I have paid premium for the third year and I found that the percentage allocation has been done wrongly as 94% where as it should be 98%.

I lodged complaint regarding this and got reponses under issue no. 3389780, 3491392 and 3499196 from Bajaj Allianz. But all responses repeated that the allocation is only 94% - though the policy document says 98% for subsequent years after 2nd year.

Also, when I made my first investment I opted for premium paying term as 3 years. However, when I received policy document I was surprised to note premium paying term as 10 years. When enquired about this to the agent, the reply was "never mind - it's the standard period indicated in the policy, however you can stop paying premium after 3 years".

My grivences are as follows:

1. Premium allocation for 3rd year should be made to 98% as indicated in policy document.

2.Premium paying term should be corrected to 3 years.
